The Right Way to Work
Work hard, work smart, work real...
All these “right ways” of working only matter when someone’s more focused on the idea of working (or avoiding it) than the work itself. Or when they’re in a place where the work doesn’t really count.
More often than not, the right way to work looks like this: Give it your best effort, aim for the highest quality, complete it in the shortest possible time, break the least things, and be kind to others.
🔹 Best effort — because “best” is a challenge, and hopefully keeps raising the ceiling of what we consider our best. 🔹 Highest quality — because quality is a habit, built over time and refined through repetition. 🔹 Shortest possible time — because there’s always more work to do 😅 and more importantly, more to life than work. 🔹 Break the least things — because things do break in the process, and caution matters. 🔹 Be kind — because… do you really need a reason? Just be.
No hacks. No heroism. No "politics".
Just thoughtful, consistent effort, done well and done fast, with your head in the game and your heart in the right place.
