Build multiple interconnected applications to convert existing manual processes into fully automated web applications.
My role
- Own all aspects of a product development end-to-end; from requirement to release.
- Develop product plan, product roadmap, product scope, feature specifications, and define metrics and indicators on the program health.
- Establish processes for better customer coordination, artifact and timeline maintenance, risk management, and efficient requirement tracking.
- Work directly with the end user in gathering the requirements, creating processes on their behalf, and driving Automation Mindset through user groups that are used to working in a manual setting.

- Own all aspects of a product development for Leave and Time and Attendance modules; from requirement to release.

My role
- Lead the delivery with ensuring software testing life cycle implementation from Requirement Analysis to UAT.
- Handle distributed scrum team across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and San Jose.
- Facilitate client interaction and conduct requirement analysis.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review and Retrospection, Requirement Grooming, etc.
- Track KPIs, prepare sprint and performance reports and share with stakeholders.
- Develop Selenium scripts for 2-step revenue validation using UnitTest Framework with Python.

Cisco Global Shipping Application (GSA) is a solution offered by Cisco (web and mobile) to ship any non-production shipments domestically or internationally.
My role
- Become an SME in international shipping guidelines and enable enforcement of guidelines over application functionality.
- Work with store managers and order procurement leads to conduct ground user acceptance tests and requirement validations.
- Work in close coordination with the Client BA team to write requirements.
- Handle end-to-end UAT, requirement traceability, and mobile testing for compatibility on mobile and tablet devices.
- Prepare record and play scripts for efficient UI testing of the web application.
